With a background in Hotel Management, she has served on the tasting panel of the Singapore Tatler Best Restaurant Guide and garnered recognition for her champagne collection that was featured on Channel News Asia’s “Remarkable Living” series in 2019. Nicola’s latest role as Academy Chair for South East Asia (South) for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and the World’s 50 Best Restaurants showcases her pursuit of exceptional and extraordinary dining experiences.
