As both sides of Victoria Harbour began to glow with the lights of waterfront restaurants, towering skyscrapers, and boats drifting across the water on the evening of 25 March 2026, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong came alive with a different kind of energy. The stage was set for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna in collaboration with the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Inside, the room buzzed with some of the region’s most celebrated chefs, restaurateurs, and culinary visionaries, each bringing their own story to the table. We were thrilled to be part of a night that gathered the industry’s brightest minds under one roof. Here’s a look back at the moments and minds that made it special.
