Led by an anonymous group of 580 gurus from the hotel industry globally, The World’s 50 Best Hotels Academy offers a list of stay-worthy hotels with a record of hospitality mastery and excellence.
Crowning the #1 spot is the dream-like destination of Lake Como, Passalacqua – a former 18th-century home of Italian opera composer, Vincenzo Bellini.
Next, four Asia hotels (hooray!) proudly anchored the second to fifth spots on the list: Rosewood Hong Kong, Four Seasons Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, The Upper House and Aman Tokyo, respectively.
