Apart from its world-famous natural wonders, the Philippines’ culinary scene is just as rich, abundant, and worthy of international recognition. So, it’s only fitting that the Philippines’ culinary scene now gets the MICHELIN spotlight with the debut of the MICHELIN Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu 2026.
On 30 October 2025, the guide unveiled its inaugural selection at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Newport World Resorts. Eight restaurants earned one MICHELIN Star, one received two Stars, while 25 were listed in the Bib Gourmand and 74 were recognized as MICHELIN Selected restaurants.
From haute cuisine destinations to beloved local favorites, the 108 establishments in total paint a brilliant picture of the country’s dynamic culinary landscape. The launch of the first MICHELIN Guide Philippines 2026 further cements the nation’s place as one of Southeast Asia’s brightest culinary stars.
Below, we’ve gathered the full list of MICHELIN Star restaurants, Bib Gourmand gems, and MICHELIN Selected venues so you can plan your ultimate foodie journey across the Philippines.
